Einstein Foundation Berlin

After creating the corporate design for the newly established Einstein Foundation Berlin which promotes research excellence in Berlin we were asked to realize their website as well.

We provided to our client an easy to use website he could fully edit and update by himself. This was a great opportunity for us to use our new Figaro Website Kit.

To promote the Falling Walls conference - organized by the Einstein Foundation - we created a smooth transition between www.einsteinfoundation.de and www.falling-walls.com.

Our partner Less Rain and As:If Film Matters created the website for Falling Walls, the Berlin conference on future breakthroughs in science and society.

It took place on November 9th 2009, the 20th anniversary of the fall of the wall and was initiated by the Einstein Foundation Berlin.

Animated Flash Header

An animated expandable flash header introduces the speakers of the Falling Walls conference.

Content page

The website announce speakers and lectures, explain the intension and context of the conference and lead the visitor of the website to the online application.

Our Figaro Website Kit made it easy to implement social networking via Twitter, Facebook and more.

Conference Trailer

During the conference about 35 trailers introduce sessions and speakers. The video sequences were accompanied by sound and voiceover.

The square form of the Falling Walls and the Einstein Foundation Logo gave the inspiration for programm booklet and people index. Red and grey colors of graphics and fotos create the conference's overall homgeneous look.
